Experience a Cornish dining experience with the wow factor, with seal and dolphin spotting opportunities at this chic seaside restaurant and bar with its floor-to-ceiling windows displaying panoramic views of the coastline.
The Mother's Day Afternoon Tea and tasting menu uses the finest local and seasonal produce. The Afternoon Tea menu is priced at £45pp or £55pp with fizz and includes savouries such as Phillip Warren beef with horseradish and St. Ives smokehouse salmon with cream cheese. Desserts include Victoria sponge cake and Cornish scones with traditional Rodda's clotted cream and homemade jams, alongside eight varieties of local Tregothnan teas.
The restaurant's tasting menu is available for lunch on Sunday 30th March with ingredients from across Cornwall used throughout. Dishes include bluefin tuna, herb stalks and radish or duck, sausage and celeriac with an indulgent Cornish lemon, white chocolate, and pistachio to finish.
Discover a new favourite tipple with the Mother's Day cocktails - the Garden Gimlet is a refreshing blend of sapling gin, cucumber juice, apple syrup and fragrant Italicus bergamot while the Hudson Harmony mixes a New York sour with Tregothnan tea-infused Bulleit bourbon. There's also the non-alcoholic Sweet Tea Serenade made with Cornish honey and Tregothnan Manuka tea.
